At Kroger Michigan Rewards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Kroger Michigan Rewards account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
